Answers to the most important questions about Zugang Online.
Zugang Online generates your Impressum and privacy policy automatically based on the legal requirements, in particular § 5 DDG (Digital Services Act), the GDPR, and § 18 MStV. The generated texts are based exclusively on the information you provide in the onboarding form. This means: the completeness and accuracy of your mandatory disclosures depends significantly on you filling out all fields correctly and completely.
Zugang Online provides you with a carefully designed tool, but does not provide legal advice or any guarantee of legal completeness in individual cases. In special situations, we recommend having the generated texts reviewed by a lawyer.
All data is stored and processed exclusively on servers in Germany – the database with Supabase in Frankfurt am Main (eu-central-1 region), the application on a Hetzner server in Nuremberg. No data is transferred to third countries outside the EU. Processing takes place in accordance with the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Where Zugang Online relies on data processors to provide the service, this is done on the basis of data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data processing agreement (DPA) between you and Zugang Online is available directly in your dashboard – you can accept it there and download it as a PDF at any time.
Zugang Online offers three plans: Starter at €9.99 per month, Pro at €15.99 per month, and Business at €24.99 per month. All prices are subject to statutory VAT.
There is no long minimum contract term. The contract can be cancelled monthly. You can try Zugang Online free for 14 days; after that, the trial access only converts to a paid plan if you explicitly confirm this.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is simple, directly from your dashboard – via the cancellation button provided there, as required by § 312k BGB for contracts concluded online. Cancellation by email is also possible.
After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your published page is then deactivated.
No. Zugang Online was built specifically for local service businesses such as hair salons, nail studios, beauty studios, or flower shops – for owners without a technical background. You fill out a straightforward form, and your digital presence is set up within minutes.
Content such as opening hours, links, contact details, or your services can be changed independently at any time via your dashboard. Changes go live immediately. Our support team is available if you have any questions.
All content you upload – texts, images, logos, and other materials – remains your property. Zugang Online only receives a simple, non-exclusive right, limited to the contract term, to technically store and display this content for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to the uploaded content – in particular for images and logos.
Yes. You can view and export the data and content you entered at any time. This means you retain full control and are not locked into Zugang Online.
Independently of this, as a data subject you have a right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR regarding your personal data.
Zugang Online is designed for high availability and runs on reliable infrastructure in Germany. We announce maintenance work in advance whenever possible. In the event of technical issues, we work on a solution immediately.

Yes. As soon as you operate a commercially used online presence, an Impressum is generally required under § 5 DDG. This is exactly where Zugang Online helps you: your Zugang Online page automatically includes an Impressum based on your details.
Please note that the Impressum requirement also applies to commercially used profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms. You can link to your Zugang Online page's Impressum there.
